Services

Bergit, LLC provides consulting services for small teams including systems auditing, workflow automation, and custom AI solutions. Specific deliverables and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

Payment Terms

For Audit & Blueprint: payment is due upfront. For Audit + Build: 50% upfront, 50% at launch. Specific terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Cancellation

Audits may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. For builds, unused milestone payments are refundable. Details are covered in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables created during an engagement become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase anonymized case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Bergit, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
